Gear and Night Vision
Initially, the territorial brigades were given some AK rifles and not much else, so the priority was to dress them up. The first deliveries that I made for deR and his unit mainly used UK army clothing (Fieldtextiles is the place to go: https://www.fieldtextiles.co.uk/)
After clothing came the webbing. I have learned from R that different webbing is required depending on the task (storming houses, fighting in the fields, etc.), so we sent quite a few British Army MTP / Multicam / BTP 8 Osprey Pouch PLCE Webbing Belt Kits.
As the year progressed, R asked if I could send a night-vision scope, so I sent two PULSAR units, one sponsored by Mike, a friend of mine from Kent.
I have also helped some friends order and deliver similar items to Ukraine. Logistics was a nightmare initially - regular post services proved horrible and unreliable, so the best way was to use a private transport service.
Some of the deliveries were collected or organised via the wonderful community of St Gertrude's Church, South Croydon
